AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
WELCOME
Welcome to Glomikart Affiliate Programme of ED Media. We are happy to welcome you into our Affiliate Program that allows you to generate automatic incomes by advertising our products.
This program allows you to make our products known to your users and lets you earn a commission corresponding to the agreed percentage of the price of the first purchase made by the user. The sum of money owed to you will be immediately credited to your own Glomikart account.
This text has to be held as an additional part of Glomikart General Terms and Conditions and everything defined in there has to be held as valid. In case of inconsistencies between the two, Glomikart Affiliate Terms and Conditions prevail.
Below in the text you will find explained details concerning how “Becoming an Affiliate” works, payments and further details concerning the Affiliate Program.
DEFINITION OF THE TERMS
User, in these Terms and Conditions, is any subject browsing the Internet and coming to Glomikart website and to Affiliate page.
By buyer we refer to any user that has made a purchase in our marketplace.
Affiliate is any person adhering to Glomikart Affiliate Program and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any reference to you, your, yours has to be held as reference to the affiliate.
Glomikart is the author of this document and any reference in this document as we, us or our should be held as referred to Glomikart and enterprise of ED Media.
BECOMING A GLOMIKART AFFILIATE
Here you will find how Glomikart Affiliate Program works.
For each user coming to our marketplace by means of a link or a banner that you have advertised you can earn a provision equal to the agreed percentage on the purchase price of the first product bought by that user.
From your personal page on Glomikart you will receive an affiliate link (or referral link) that will be automatically generated from your username. You can paste it on your website or use banners with that link and advertise it on your website.
Any of your users coming to our store by means of that link and purchasing any product in our store, will grant you a commission on the purchase.
Affiliate percentage
There are five ranks established to help affiliates earn money. 1. Basic 2. Pro 3. Premium 4. Premium Plus 5. Platinum. As soon as one registers as affiliate he/she becomes a Basic Affiliate of Glomikart and receives a bonus of Rs. 50 as a joining Fee.
The affiliate percentage for Basic Affiliate of Glomikart while selling our products is set as 5% of purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs Rs.100, your provision is Rs. 5 (that is, 5% of the product purchase price).
Similarly, The affiliate percentage for Pro Affiliate of Glomikart while selling our products is set as 6% of purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs Rs.100, your provision is Rs. 6 (that is, 6% of the product purchase price).
Similarly, The affiliate percentage for Premium Affiliate of Glomikart while selling our products is set as 7% of purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs Rs.100, your provision is Rs. 7 (that is, 7% of the product purchase price).
Similarly, The affiliate percentage for Premium Plus Affiliate of Glomikart while selling our products is set as 8% of purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs Rs.100, your provision is Rs. 8 (that is, 8% of the product purchase price).
Similarly, The affiliate percentage for Platinum Affiliate of Glomikart while selling our products is set as 9% of purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs Rs.100, your provision is Rs. 9 (that is, 9% of the product purchase price).
While some products and services may not generate any affiliate commissions, sharing of special products and promotions, mentioned inside affiliate dashboard under OFFERS section will fetch such as Glomikart Club Subscriptions, and festival offers will bring special earnings for the affiliate.
Between 10% to 65% can be earned on certain products especially using special offers.
Cookies
An important section of Terms and Conditions has to be devoted to cookies.
We use cookies to track users that reach our store by means of your affiliate link (or referral link). If your users do not allow or clear cookies, we will not be able to track your affiliate link and therefore we will not be able to pay you the provision.
You should also remember that cookies are available for a three months time. If your users visit our marketplace, but they make a purchase only after this term, you cannot be entitled of the provision anymore.
The validity of the right to provision
In order to be entitled to the provision, users that buy through your affiliate link must not be related to you or to your company.
In order to be entitled to the provision, users that reach our website shall neither have visited it before, nor have a Gomikart Account.
Sharing of special products and promotions, such as Glomikart Club Subscription, generated special affiliate commissions mentioned i the offers section.
F.A.Q.
“What happens if the buyer has come to Glomikart by following two different affiliate links, my affiliate link and another person’s one?”
If users come to our marketplace through more than one affiliate link, the first one they access is to be held as the only one deserving the provision. For example, if one of your users reaches our marketplace through your link first, then once again through the affiliate link of another person, and only then purchases, you will be the one entitled of the provision for that purchase.
“Why don’t I get commissions for sharing certain products with my affiliate link?? ”
You do not get any commission because, as you can read in our Terms and Conditions of Glomikart Affiliate programme, only those products whose sellers agree to give the share of their profit, is incorporated into the affiliate section. Therefore other products that are outside the purview of affiliate products do not entitle you to affiliate commissions.
PAYMENTS
In this section, you will find how payments of the provisions will be made.
Minimum threshold
Each provision you earn will be credited to your Glomikart Affiliate Account, so you allow us to pay provisions to you and credit them to your account. You can request the payment of the credit in Glomikart Affiliate Account as soon as you reach the minimum amount of Rs.1000. Contrary to it, if you prefer to use the income coming from your provisions (or part of it) for purchases in our marketplace, you can do it at any moment, regardless of the minimum threshold. You must only be sure that provisions in your account are enough to purchase the product you are interested in. Rememebr the payments will be released after ensuring the fairness policy followed by the affiliate at all times.
Payment methods
Glomikart keeps your earnings safe until you require payment. Unless we decide to pay your earnings before, they will be kept safe for you until we get a request for payment from you.
The moment we get the request for payment, you will receive the payment by the 15th of the following month. If the 15th happens to be holiday, you will receive the payment the first following working day available. The moment you send the request, we will ask you to enter your correct data. Payments will be done through Bank Transfer or PayPal and any possible expense for payment will be charged to you.
Keeping your earnings
If for any reason we cannot pay your earnings, we will keep them safe, included the circumstances in which we do not have the correct payment data or we are not able to contact you using the contact data you gave us. We will keep your earnings safe also if you ask us to make the payment to a person or an institution and it cannot be done for any reason, whether for legal or banking restrictions.
Currency conversion
Any time we make a payment as an affiliate, we are not responsible for currency conversion of your earnings from U.S. dollars into your favourite currency, nor are we responsible for possible conversion costs that your financial institution might apply.
Refund
If any of the purchases related to your affiliate earnings is subject to refund or chargeback, we can at our discretion withdraw also the concerned commission from your Affiliate earnings.

What do I need to be paid the provisions?
You need to reach the minimum threshold of Rs.1000 in provisions and to have a PayPal account.
Will my earnings be paid automatically when I reach the minimum threshold of Rs.1000?
No, they will be paid, after reaching of the minimum threshold of Rs.1000, only if you make a payment request from this page in your Glomikart account.
PROTECTION OF THE USERS
You cannot do any act that could be confusing, misleading or deceptive for users, inter alias, confuse them about the fact that your website be managed or authorised by Glomikart (e.g. by emulating graphic elements from our website).
Our trademarks or domains or intellectual properties are property of Glomikart and ED Media the parent organisation and you cannot use them, except for explicitly authorised banners and creativities made available at Affiliate Dashboard of Glomikart to our affiliates.
You cannot purchase a domain name, search engine keywords nor pay-per-click advertisements that use our trademarks or any possible variation of them, nor use texts that describe our products, unless you receive our official consent.
You cannot act against users in any form that is law violation, including spam, privacy, intellectual property violations, fraud, confusing actions for new users or links purposely made to deceive customers.
You cannot act in any way that be direct or indirect contravention of Glomikart Terms and Conditions, nor behaving in any way that does not conform to our standards.
FAIRNESS POLICY
We reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program complies with Glomikart Affiliate Program Terms or with Glomikart Terms and Conditions. If we decide that your participation in the Affiliate Program does not comply, after official communication, we can withdraw your earnings and may disable your account. For example if we find that an affiliate has added many false accounts below them and try to earn revenue, that amounts to a crime. You will be penalised and Glomikart will reserve the rights to withhold all the earning and cancel your account permanently. You might also be asked to pay a fine for the amount of resources that were wasted on your account.
Glomikart Affiliate Program is subject to a fairness and integrity policy that has to be respected, and that entitles Glomikart to consider revising for each unfair affiliate.
